1. Data We Collect

Account data

• Email address and username
• Hashed password (never stored in plain text)
• Account creation date and last login

Bot configuration data

• Your Solana wallet public address
• Your private key — AES-256-GCM encrypted, we cannot read it in plain text
• Bot settings (trade size, whale wallets, filters)
• API keys purchased through the marketplace (encrypted at rest)

Trading data

• Trade history, P&L records, signal logs

Technical data

• IP address — stored for fraud prevention, deleted after 90 days
• Browser type and OS
• Pages visited — only with your analytics consent

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract — account management and bot operation
• Legitimate interest — security and fraud prevention
• Legal obligation — regulatory compliance
• Consent — analytics cookies (withdrawable anytime)

3. Who We Share Data With

• Stripe — payment processing only
• Hosting providers — under data processing agreements
• No one else — we never sell or share your data for marketing

4. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — delete your account and all data
• Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — change cookie preferences anytime

5. Data Retention

• Account data — deleted 30 days after account closure
• Trade history — retained 7 years for tax record purposes
• IP logs — deleted after 90 days
• Encrypted private keys — deleted immediately on account closure

6. Security

Private keys encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
